Personal Training but in a small group!
It is a scientific fact that athletes train harder with teammates. First, we begin by getting to know you and your fitness goals and evaluate your current state. Together, we devise a program for your workout and recovery. Safety first, your coach takes into account any past injuries or limitations to ensure the safest workout for your body. After your evaluation, your coach will develop a tailored program to the information gathered and your training will begin.
**Our semi-private training is an all inclusive membership. Included is unlimited classes, open gym, and unlimited usage of our sauna.**

Our coaches are dedicated to your overall health and fitness with each hour-long session.

EVO HIIT UNLIMITED
$150 / MONTH
Our EVO HIIT membership is a monthly recurring subscription to our High Intensity Interval Training classes. We make it easy for you to continue your classes month to month with no interruption. You can take as many classes as you like. You have access to our open gym hours with this membership and can enjoy a 15% discount on other amenities.
EVO STRENGTH UNLIMITED
$150 / MONTH
Our EVO STRENGTH membership is a monthly recurring subscription to our PULL, PUSH, and POWER classes. These are our strength training and muscle building classes. We make it easy for you to continue your classes month to month with no interruption. You can take as many classes as you like. You have access to our open gym hours with this membership and can enjoy a 15% discount on other amenities.
EVO PRO
$225 / MONTH
EVO HIIT and EVO STRENGTH PROGRAM combined to make you a ELITE as possible! This membership is the best bang for your buck when it comes to a well rounded approach to your strength and fitness. Both our classes included to give make you as strong as possible and give you the endurance to complete any challenge that comes your way.
CLASS PACKAGES
Our class packages can be used for both EVO HIIT and EVO STRENGTH. They have a 3 month expiration date. These packages are NOT recurring like the above memberships and they do not roll over after the expiration date.
