EVO HIIT

How can you burn up to 500 calories in 1 hour?! By taking a hi-intensity interval training class at Evolve Athletic Club! Whether you are looking to join other workout minded individuals or work out harder with supportive, like-minded people next to you, our core group keeps you accountable to achieve similar goals. Our coaches push you to crank out that last push-up, or reach the finish line after a sled push. Our HIIT Class is 1- hour, fast-paced, and a coach driven work out. If you don’t want to devise your own workout, drop in, follow the exercises, and don’t think twice. We welcome men and women of all workout levels, ages 16 and up. Our classes are limited to under 15 participants per class, so you get the attention you need. For less active individuals or those who’ve experienced a previous injury, your certified coaches will make the necessary modifications to fit your needs to ensure a solid body workout. And if you are a seasoned vet, we can ramp up whatever we have to! No two classes are the same!

EVO PUSH

Part of our strength program, EVO PUSH IS A PUSH FOCUSED CLASS! BE PREPARED TO COMPLETE MOVEMENTS LIKE SQUATS, BENCH PRESS, PUSH UPS, AND TRICEPS EXTENSIONS. We pay close attention to proper bar placement on the back and front squats as well as bench press. There are many little technique and form details we touch on like Intra-abdominal pressure, hip hinging, and scapular movement for a good bench and push up. If you are interested in perfecting these movements, getting stronger at them, and being a functional athlete, you want to be in this class!

** Strength class is a 60 minute class directed towards getting STRONGER. You can expect to be challenged by expert level strength and conditioning programing. We include different compound movements from areas of olympic lifting, powerlifting, and all the necessary movements that come with it. The product formulates a proper strength and conditioning program to help achieve your goals of getting STRONGER! **

EVO PULL

Part of our strength program, EVO PULL IS A PULL FOCUSED CLASS! BE PREPARED TO COMPLETE MOVEMENTS LIKE DEADLIFTS, ROWS, PULL UPS, AND BICEPS CURLS. We pay special attention to teaching proper form on these posterior chain lifts to ensure we protect our low back, recruit our core, glutes, and hamstrings properly. If you want to learn or improve your deadlifts and pull ups, this is the class for you!

EVO POWER IS A POWER MOVEMENT FOCUSED CLASS! BE PREPARED TO SLAM, SWING, THROW, AND JUMP IN THIS CLASS! Our goal is to increase functional power as well as develop your athletic abilities. You will learn to use this strength you have worked so hard to gain! These movements can be intimidating. We understand that. Come into this class confident that we will walk you through the technique and form if you are a beginner. And if you are a pro, we have the expertise to identify the small details of your lift to help perfect the movement and make sure you are safe!
