What Membership is Right For You?!

EVO HIIT

  • EVO HIIT is great for burning calories and working on your cardio. If you are looking to get into a high energy class that will get your heart pumping, this is where you want to be. We utilize many bodyweight exercises as well as resisted movements. The goal is to work as hard as you can in the time each exercises is prescribed.

  • This class is best for all levels from beginners looking to develop a foundation, to experienced trainees looking for top quality HIIT training.

  • Results you may see from this class include fat loss, muscle ‘toning”, increased cardiovascular output, better energy through the day, and leave feeling better physically AND mentally!

EVO STRENGTH PROGRAM

  • Evolve’s STRENGTH PROGRAM are strength and conditioning focused classes. The classes include PULL, PUSH, AND POWER. Each class is programmed around these movements. This class is best for intermediate to experienced trainees that are looking to increase their performance output in the gym, at a competition, or be the best they could possibly be. Beginners are always welcome! This is a great class to learn form and technique, build your strength and muscle size, and get comfortable with the gym.

  • PULL - these classes are programmed to work on pulling movements from all directions. Some familiar movements include deadlifts, pull ups, rowing, and even biceps curls. There will also be some unconventional movements like box jumps and kettlebell swings. PULL works on your entire posterior chain.

  • PUSH - these classes and programmed to work on all pushing movements from all directions. Familiar movements include squatting, bench pressing, even push ups and tricep exercises. Unconventional movements could include sled pushes and landmine squats and presses.

  • POWER - Our power classes are programmed based off of one of these four things; Throwing, Slamming, Carrying, and Jumping. These classes are max effort, and demand some solid technique. As well as very core intensive, these classes will have lots of med ball slams, dumbbell snatches, explosive landmine movements. We definitely DO NOT let the sled get dusty either!

Personal and Semi-Private Training

  • Our Personal Training is a program that is completely tailored to your needs and goals. Each new client starts with a detailed and professional performance evaluation. We go through injury and medical history, we get to know about your past training, your goals, down to sleep, stress, and nutrition. We build a rapport on day one to build the best program we possibly can to help you succeed! And to do that, this membership is all inclusive! This means you can take any class you see above, you have access to open gym hours, the sauna, and recovery services like the compression boots and cupping!

  • Semi-Private training is the above, but in a shared time slot with other members. We cap the hour at 6 people so we can give proper attention to the attendees. We start with a performance evaluation as mentioned above to get the right details on what you need for your goals. This is best if you have some experience already, want coaching, but also want flexibility within your schedule and some autonomy to train on your own, but with a watchful and experienced eye to make sure you are safe and doing the program appropriately.

  • We train EVERYONE from beginners, to nationally ranked swimmers and professional athletes. There is no population we cannot train and we love working with everyone.
